Sally's Cake Emporium - Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sally's Cake Emporium, every cake is baked with care, and the finest local ingredients. Because our cakes are made to order and perishable, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
That said, your satisfaction means everything to us - and if something isn't quite right, we'll always do our best to make it right.
Refunds or Replacements may be considered if:
> Your cake arrives damaged due to our delivery process
> You receive the wrong product (e.g. incorrect flavour)
> There is a confirmed issue with the quality of the cake (e.g. under baked or spoiled)
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake if there is an issue. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos is possible.
Refunds will not be issued for:
> Change of mind after the order is confirmed
> Dislike the flavour
All refund or replacement decisions are at the discretion of Sally's Cake Emporium, and our goal is always to be fair and understanding.
